CSEET classes in Kerala - from Company Secretaries

Company secretary course is professional course which have great potential comes with a process of painful learning.

The course in short called as CS is much sought after qualification in commercial law and corporate governance stream in India. This qualification is provided by Institute of company Secretaries of India which is constituted under an act of Parliament called Institute of Company Secretaries Act 1980.

This course equip a student to become corporate law and corporate governance executive who is placed as Key Managerial person by various laws like Companies Act 2013, SEBI Act, Securities Contracts Regulation Act, Various SEBI Regulations etc. This is one of the top most positions which can be achieved by a student with qualification.

The course is designed in such a way that this can be pursued just after the plus two examinations of a student. The course is divided in to three stages with a compulsory training. The stages are

1. CSEET - CS Executive Entrance Test

2. CS Executive

3. CS Professional along with training.

In this article we will understand about CSEET entrance.

CSEET is a Multiple Choice Questions based online examination conducted by ICSI four times in a year. A student who is completed or completing 12th standard can register and appear for the examination. A graduate and above need not appear for the entrance examination, they are exempted by ICSI.

CSEET entrance details:

The entrance is a multi subject oriented entrance divided in to four papers which contains 7 learning areas.

CSEET papers :

1. Business communication

2. Legal aptitude and logical reasoning

3. Business economics and business environment

4. Current affairs and Quantitative Aptitude

CSEET Questions pattern:

The questions are subject oriented ( may not be study material oriented) multiple choice questions having paper wise weightage of 50 marks. Each paper carry 50 marks totalling 200 marks.

The questions carry negative marks for wrong answers.

CSEET Exam Total time:

The total time available for the entire examination is two hours that is 120 Minutes. That means a student need to answer 200 marks questions in 120 minutes. The student are not allowed to use anything other than their hall ticket , identity card while writing their examination.

Do CSEET study material be provided by the Institute?

ICSI will provide reference study material at the time of registration for the course, but usually those will be updated once in a year or twice. So the student need to be updated with current changes. It is better if the student undergoes coaching from an dedicated institute like Rajeev's ArthaCS, first of its kind dedicated CS coaching centre .

Is CSEET examination is tough?

It is not an easy go, write, pass examination, this is an entrance to one of the premier professional qualification. The examination is tough and focussed preparation only will help the student reach there.

How many marks needed to crack CSEET exam

100 mars out of 200 is minimum mark needed crack in total but in each paper the student should score 20 marks.
